In February 2005 Embracing Diversity exhibited at the Recruiting Diversity conference in London which examined all aspects of recruiting a diverse workforce. The Conference, organised by Inclusion and Talent!; was supported by the Department for Work and Pensions, TNG, and Yorkshire Forward.

Presentations over the two days looked at all aspects of diversity and employment including gender, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion and belief, long-term unemployment, lone parents, drug and alcohol misuse, and ex-offenders.

We thoroughly enjoyed the event and had a lot of interest on the stand. Following on from this we have made a lot of good links with other organisations which we hope to develop in the future.
