Embracing Diversity seeks to prove that people, written off as unemployable by mainstream job finding and vocational training services, really can work if we offer the right support.

By striking a partnership with those who have most to benefit from this hidden workforce, employers, we are developing a route for recognising the commercial and business benefits that a genuinely diverse workforce brings.

Employment Services has championed a model based on the belief that people learn how to work by being in work. This "jobs first" approach is incredibly successful with those people furthest from the labour market, yet continues to be overlooked by mainstream funding organisations.
